Соглашение о расторжении

Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «________», в лице Генерального директора ________, действующего на основании Устава, именуемое в дальнейшем Заказчик, с одной стороны, и

Индивидуальный предприниматель ________ (Свидетельство о регистрации индивидуального предпринимателя № ________ от ________ г. ИНН ________), именуемая в дальнейшем Исполнитель, с другой стороны, а вместе именуемые Стороны, заключили настоящее соглашение о расторжении Договора № ________ возмездного оказания услуг от ________  года (далее – «Договор»)

1. Стороны пришли к соглашению расторгнуть Договор с «____» ____________20__ года.

2. Заказчик оплачивает Исполнителю выполненные Исполнителем к моменту расторжения Договора услуги в размере ___________(_________) рублей.

3. Условия настоящего Соглашения конфиденциальны и не подлежат разглашению, за исключением случаев, прямо предусмотренных действующим законодательством Российской Федерации. 

Стороны принимают все необходимые меры для недопущения без предварительного согласия другой Стороны разглашения информации об условиях Договора и настоящего соглашения. 

Во всем, не предусмотренном Договором и настоящим соглашением, Стороны руководствуются действующим законодательством Российской Федерации.

4. Стороны претензий друг к другу не имеют.

The Limited liability company «________ » represented by the General director ________  acting on the basis of  the Articles of Association hereinafter referred to as the Customer on the one part and

The sole proprietor ________  (Certificate of registration of a sole proprietor № ________ dated ________, INN ________), hereinafter referred as to the Executor from the other part have concluded the present agreement about termination of the contract № ________ compensated providing of services ________

1. Parties have decided to terminate the Contract since «____» ____________20__ year.

2. the Customer pays the cost of services that were performed by the Executor by the time of termination of  the Contract in the amount of ________(_______) rubles.

3. Terms of the present Agreement are confidential and can not be disclosed, except for the cases expressly provided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. 

Parties do all necessary arrangements for non-admission of disclosure of the information about Contract and present agreement without prior consent of the other Party.

Otherwise does not provided by the Contract and present agreement, Parties follow current legislation of the Russian Federation.

4. Parties do not have any claims to each other.
